The US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) released the FY2024 Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for Continuum of Care (CoC) Program funding on July 31, 2024. Funding for the FY24 CoC Competition includes funds for new projects through the Domestic Violence Bonus (DV Bonus) or CoC Bonus dollars. Additionally, Indian Tribes and Tribally Designated Housing Entities (TDHE) are invited to apply for grants through the CoC program.
This notification is shared publicly and it is encouraged all members, stakeholders, and organizations that actively participate in the CoC share information about this opportunity to apply for CoC program funds. We invite interested organizations, Tribes, and Tribal entities to participate in this opportunity. Interested organizations should connect with Winged Wolf Innovations at [email protected].
The CoC Local Competition is open Monday, August 26, 2024 for New and Renewal applications. All applications will be due Friday, September 27, 2024 by 5:00 PM PST. An opening webinar will be held August 30, 2024 at 11:00 AM via Teams. This webinar will be recorded for those unable to attend.
The APPROVED Consolidated Application for the FY2024 HUD CoC NOFO is posted below. Public comment will be open until 5PM on Monday, October 28th, 2024.

On Monday, October 14th, 2024, and Tuesday, October 15th, 2024, the Rural Nevada CoC Rating & Ranking Committee met. At this meeting, they rated and ranked the project applications that the CoC received. Below, you will see the list of all reallocated, renewed, new, and withdrawn projects that were received. Each project contains its rank, agency that submitted the application, project name, project type, status (new, renewal, etc.), project status, project score, and total requested and approved budgets.
The CoC was able to maximize the available funds that HUD offered NV-502 for FY24.
